Four Men Arrested After Dressing Up As Police And Robbing Local Drug Dealers

Four Florida men were arrested after they dressed up like law enforcement officers and robbed local drug dealers.

Reginald Roberts, 22, Nathaniel Keith Carr, 28, Daniel Jackson, 29, and Chrishawn De’Earl Butler, 22, are facing federal charges.

The men wore black gloves, masks, and had vests with “Sheriff” on them. They arrived to their victims’ locations in a black Dodge Durango and a white Chevrolet Malibu with blue lights and sirens.

The robberies went on from December 2020 to April 2021 at multiple locations in Hillsborough County and Pasco County. The men robbed people of their narcotics, money, jewelry, iPhones and firearms at the victims’ homes.

The men were indicted by a federal grand jury and face charges of conspiracy; interference with commerce by robbery; and using, carrying and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

They each could face up to life in prison.
