Frozen Shrimp Recalled Because Of Possible Salmonella Contamination

FDA recalled frozen shrimp from Kader Exports for possible salmonella contamination last week.
According to FDA the shrimp was distributed nationwide under seven brand names including Kirkland, which is the Costco brand. The other brands include Aqua Star Reserve, Censea, Fresh Market, Tops, Unistar and Wellsley Farms.
According to FDA the various sizes of frozen cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp were sold in 1lb, 1.5lb and 2lb bags and distributed between late February 20 to mid May of 2020.
No one has reported any illnesses.
