Georgia Woman Arrested After Shooting A Woman And Kidnapping Her Twins

A Georgia woman was arrested after she shot a woman and kidnapped her newborn twins Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 1500 block of Northeast 36th Street in Savannah.
Upon arrival officers found Gabrielle Rodgers,23 suffering from a gunshot wound.
She was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
During that time officers were told an unknown woman had kidnapped 6 week old twins, Lorenzo and Matteo Rodgers from their home on the 1500 block of Northeast 36th Street in Savannah.
An Amber Alert was issued for the twins.
After speaking with witnesses and working off tips Angela Montgomery,23 was later arrested at a residence in Ricon and the twins were found unharmed.
Montgomery was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and two counts of kidnapping.
