Harris County detectives uncover 3.3 million dollar scheme by a woman’s small credit-repair business.

Roekeicha Brisby, owner of Rose Credit Repair, is accused of fraudulently clearing people’s credit reports. Brisby allegedly falsified offense reports from the Harris County Constable’s Office and submitted them to financial institutions.

As a result, credit loans were removed off of individuals’ credit in a fraudulent manner. An estimated $3.3 million was defrauded from banks through Rose Credit Repair.

While executing a search warrant, Harris County detectives located documents and multiple electronic devices that will be used as evidence in the case.

The Constable’s Office is actively seeking federal charges to be filed.
