A Houston man was arrested Monday for sexually assaulting and killing his nine month old daughter.
Harris County police were called to the 15000 block of Westpark on August 24 due to an unresponsive infant.
Upon arrival officers located Savayah Mason and she was transported to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
During the investigation officers learned from an autopsy report that the infant had been sexually assaulted and died from asphyxiation during the assault.
