Inmate Escapes From Seagoville Federal Corrections Institution

Police are searching for an inmate they say escaped from Seagoville’s Federal Correction Institution satellite camp Saturday night.

Officials noticed Josue Coy,35 missing around 8pm from the facility. He was serving a 64 month prison sentence for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

Coy is described as a Hispanic male, 5’4, and weighing around 135lbs.

The satellite camp at FCI Seagoville is a minimum-facility that houses 96 male inmates.

An internal investigation is underway.
