Legendary baseball hall of famer, Hank Aaron has died at 86.
Hank Aaron aka “Hammerin Hank” reportedly died Friday morning.
He made his major league debut into baseball in 1954 at the tender age of 20 with the Atlanta Braves, where he spent 21 seasons. At the age of 21 he was named to the NL All-Star roster for the first time.
In 1957, Aaron won the World Series title and still holds the major league record for RBI, total bases and extra base hits.
Hank is considered one of the worlds greatest baseball players and broke Babe Ruth’s home run record of 714 in 1973.
Aaron retired in 1976 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1982.
His cause of death has not been released.
