A 19 year old man was transported to Collin County for the murder of a 24 year old man killed in Plano.
Malik Brown,19 was arrested Wednesday for the murder of Pedro Sifuentes Buena,24, who was shot on November 7.
Brown was identified as one of the suspects along with Donte Taylor,22 and Jaylon Johnson,24 who were occupants in the vehicle.
A passenger in the vehicle with Buena told authorities that Brown and Buena almost collided while making a u-turn.
That angered Brown causing him to fire shots into Buena’s vehicle as he exited Frankford Rd.
Buena was struck in the head.
He was transported to a local hospital where he died on November 11.
Brown’s attorney, Scott H. Palmer made a statement Friday saying, “He didn’t kill anybody, and the government knows he didn’t kill anybody. We fully expect him to be acquitted on this case.”
Brown is currently being held on a murder charge, in Collin County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
