A Texas man was arrested in Tennessee Thursday for the murder of a 17 year old Forney teen.
Demario Montague,34 was wanted for the murder of Demajai Oliver,17.
Montague is accused of pushing Oliver out of a moving vehicle on the 8200 John Carpenter Freeway. Oliver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives believed Montague to be a person of interest in a Dallas murder and began following him.
During this time detectives learned that Montague had fled to Tennessee and a warrant was issued.
Detectives called US Marshall’s for help and Montague was apprehended Thursday morning on the 1900 block of Canterbury Court without incident.
