A man and woman were fatally shot in the Eagle Pointe apartments Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 3800 block of Gannon Ln around 4:40pm.
Upon arrival they found a male suffering from a gunshot wound and a woman unresponsive from a gunshot wound.
The man was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
Emergency crews pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
The victims have not been positively identified at this time.
Their bodies have been sent over to the Dallas County Medical Examiners office.
Authorities have no suspect(s) at this time.
This murder investigation remains ongoing.
