Tony Cushingberry-Mays,21 was arrested Wednesday and charged with second degree murder, assault on a federal employee and discharging a firearm during a crime.
The incident occurred on the 400 block of North Denny St on April 27 when Angela Summers was delivering mail but bypassed Mays Home.

He allegedly went and confronted Summers on his neighbors porch demanding his mail with his stimulus check.
She then maced him and he pulled out a gun and shot her in the chest.
Mays home was suspended from receiving mail because of an aggressive chihuahua.
When authorities arrived Mays admitted to shooting Summers but said he did not mean to kill her he just wanted to scare her.
