Tyketrick Montgomery has been apprehended and charged for the killing of a 25-year-old in a parking lot in Dallas.
On April 29, around 12 a.m., the incident occurred outside of a sports bar, close to North Stemmons Freeway, near West Mockingbird Lane.
Authorities say that Darrin Wilson suffered several gunshot injuries. As he was being transported to a medical facility, he was still breathing. However, he later succumbed to his wounds.
After a few weeks of searching, police were able to locate Montgomery, 30, this week.
The suspect is now being held at the Dallas County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
A motive in the case is unknown at this time.
