Man Arrested In Dallas After Fatally Shooting His Nephew During A Fight

Dallas police arrested a man in connection with the fatal shooting of his nephew over the weekend.

On October 7, officers responded to a shooting call on the 5900 block of Roseville Drive.

Upon arrival they found the victim, 33 year old Kamal Alberty, suffering from a gunshot wound on the sidewalk. He was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

While investigating officers learned that Kamal and 59 year old Delvin Alberty were involved in an argument that turned physical.

It was said that after the argument turned physical Delvin pulled out a weapon and shot his nephew.

He was arrested and booked into Dallas County Jail where he is being charged with murder. His bail is set at $500,000 bond.
