An Alabama man was decapitated Tuesday while cleaning a machine at a chicken processing plant.
According to reports Carlos Lynn,39 was working for a company that was contracted by Tyson Foods Inc to clean equipment for them.
While cleaning a machine called a “chiller” he got caught in a pinch point of the equipment and was beheaded.
Lynn was pronounced dead at the scene and his cause of death was decapitation.
It is unclear if the machine was on while he was cleaning it.
Lynn worked for Packers Sanitation Services Inc which is a good safety company to clean machinery.
