Man Fatally Shot In A Dallas Motel Parking Lot

Dallas police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting call at the Flora Motel on the 2800 block of Fort Worth Ave.
Upon arrival they found the victim, James Roberson,37 suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest inside his vehicle in the parking lot.
He was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
Authorities have no suspects at this time.
The shooting remains under investigation.
