On May 30, Dallas officers were resounding to an unrelated call when they heard multiple gunshots ring out near the 5800 block of Bonnie View Road.
As officers responded to the scene they found a male lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
At this time authorities have made no arrest and are waiting on medical examiners to positively identify the victim.
This investigation remains ongoing.
