A 21 year old man was shot and killed in Dallas during an argument Thursday making it the 203rd Homicide for 2019.
Officers responded to a shooting and group of people fighting call on the 3000 block of Falls Drive.
When they arrived they found Patrick Lynn Parks,21 deceased on the sidewalk from a gunshot wound.
The suspect is still at large.
This investigation is ongoing.
