A man was shot and killed inside his Arlington apartment on New Year’s Day and officers believe he may have been involved in “high risk activity”.
Officers responded to the 2300 block of Steambed Court and when they arrived they found a man that had been shot several times in his back.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Authorities are checking surveillance video in the apartments and searching for a suspect.
This investigation is ongoing.
