25 year-old Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma was killed by a stray bullet as he ate Thanksgiving dinner. It happened in his home in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania on Thursday.

Kevon Clarke, 19, his girlfriend Jacqueline Brown, and four other people were at a house party earlier in the day where they were kicked out.

Brown’s cousin believed that the group had stolen alcohol when they left.

Plans were made later that night to get the alcohol back. However, when the cousin went to Clarke’s residence, she quickly drove off when he allegedly came outside with a gun.

Simultaneously, two other males were walking up, and a gun battle broke out between Clarke and the men.

One of the bullets traveled through a nearby window and struck Moctezuma who had nothing to do with the matter on the streets.

Police believe that Clarke fired the fatal shot. They are searching for Clarke who is considered armed and dangerous and faces murder charges.

The other gunman are being sought, as well.
