A 21 year old man is back in jail after he reportedly shot and killed another man early Wednesday morning in Rowlett.
On January 4, around 1:30 a.m. officers responded to a shooting call on the 2600 block of Primrose Lane.
When they arrived they found a 22 year old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
During the investigation officers learned that Anthony Tavarez was responsible for the fatal shooting. Tavarez was arrested for a bond violation out of Dallas County.
While in custody he admitted to shooting and killing the victim.
Rowlett PD said additional charges against Tavarez are pending and the investigation remains ongoing.
Not worth the breath of air he takes.
