Man Sentenced After Seeking Child Pornography From Poor Filipino Mothers

Charles Lee Frazier, 42, was given 27 years prison sentence in a child pornography case. The Ohio man is said to have taken advantage of children more than 8,000 miles away.

In March, Frazier confessed and pleaded guilty to requesting that he receive illicit materials from mothers in the Phillipines. He would go on Filipino dating websites to look for women who were poor. Then, he would give the women money if they provided sexually explicit pictures of their children. Additionally, he discussed murdering infants during sexual assaults.

According to documents, Frazier wanted, “naked minor children engaging in sexual conduct with other children or with their mothers.” Furthermore, he was accused of sharing child pornography with the mothers so that they could see exactly what he wanted. This would also help to persuade the children to take part in these behaviors.

Frazier, a registered sex offender already, had previously been given 84 months in prison in 2011 for having child pornography.
