A man is deceased after jumping from a Dallas bridge onto the overpass Saturday afternoon. 
The incident happened between Houston St and Elm st in downtown Dallas.
When the man jumped off the bridge onto the overpass he caused a vehicle and a dump truck to collide into one another.
