A Milwaukee bakery that was recently robbed, came up with a creative way catch their robber.
Canfora bakery was robbed of cash and equipment on April 19th and decided to post to social media, inviting the community to “come take a bite out of the thief while supplies last – one per family.”
They baked dozens of sugar cookies with the suspects picture on them.
Within hours of making the post, tips began to pour in.
The bakery made a follow up post saying, “the burglary suspect has been identified, thank you to everyone who responded.”
The suspect was arrested a week later.
