A man has been arrested and an Amber Alert cancelled after Gainesville PD found the body of 3 month old Lyrik Aliyana Brown Tuesday.
Lyrik was reported missing and last seen with her father Jeremy Brown,30.
Police found an overturned vehicle on I-35 inside the Red River and removed Brown from the river. Emergency crews checked him for injuries.
Once the vehicle was removed from the water they found baby Lyrik inside the vehicle in a car seat.
Brown was arrested and taken into custody.
This investigation is ongoing.
