A missing 19 year old Utah college student was found alive in a man’s basement Saturday.

Madelyn Allen,19 was last seen on December 13 leaving her dorm room around 9:22pm, at Snow College in Ephraim.

According to reports, Allen met a man name Brent Brown,39 in a chat group online. The two made plans for Brown to pick her up.

Surveillance showed Allen leaving her college dorm wearing a white jacket and a black skirt.
She got into the car with Brown and traveled to his home in Wayne County.

On December 14 Allen was reported missing by her roommates after she didn’t return home. Her parents also received an unusual text message from their daughter saying, ‘I love you’.

The parents had the phone company ping the area in which the text came from after their daughter didn’t respond to their text messages.

The phone was pinged to a town called Loa, which was about 87 miles away from Allen’s dorm.

Authorities were notified and went to the residence where the phone was pinged on December 18.

Brown answered the door and told police he was home alone but when authorities asked to check the home he refused.

Police spoke with Brown’s parents who gave them permission to search their home. Once inside they found Allen in the basement naked under a pile of coal.

She was taken to a local hospital and examined. She told authorities that Brown tied her up while he was at work, raped her several times a day and threatened to harm her family if she left it called police.

Brown was arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping, rape, object rape and obstruction of justice.
