Dallas police are investigating after a motorcycle crash leaves one man dead.
The incident happened around 10pm Thursday night near Midway Rd and Marsh Ln.
When officers arrived they found two motorcycles collided with one another while racing.
During that time both riders were critically injured and transported to Parkland hospital.
One rider was pronounced dead shortly after arriving to the hospital and the other suffered a traumatic amputation to his leg.
While investigating officers learned that one of the motorcycles was stolen.
The investigation remains ongoing.
