Multiple People Shot In Odessa After Mail Truck Gets Hijacked

Multiple people have been shot in Odessa Tx Saturday afternoon after a person hijacked a U.S. mail carrier truck and started shooting.
According to reports police believe there may be another shooter in a gold or white Toyota truck as well.
Police have not made any arrest at the time but have placed The University of Texas Permian Basin campus on lockdown.
