19-Year-Old Charged with Capital Murder Following Shooting on Harding Street in Dallas

A 19-year-old is in custody on charges of capital murder following the fatal shooting of another man.

On November 10, 2025, Dallas police responded to a disturbance call in the 2400 block of Harding Street. Upon arrival, officers found Brandon Fuller, 19, unresponsive on the ground at the scene. Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived and declared Fuller dead.

Further investigation revealed that Fuller was shot by a suspect later identified as 19-year-old Deyonte Rice. Rice was arrested and charged with capital murder and taken to Dallas County Jail.
