Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting that claimed the life of a 15-year-old girl on Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. in the 200 block of McVey Avenue. When emergency responders arrived, they discovered the victim, named Joslenn Esparza, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save her, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made yet, and authorities are ongoing with their investigation to determine what happened. The case is still open.
