Dallas police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead over the weekend.
On May 24, 2025, around 5:50 p.m., Dallas police responded to a report in the 1900 block of Berkley Avenue. When officers arrived, they found an unconscious man in the alley who appeared to have been shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel also responded, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office is working to identify the victim. No arrests have been made at this time.
The investigation remains active.
