An investigation is underway after an 18 year old fatally stabbed a man.
On May 18, 2025, at about 10:25 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a stabbing call in the 100 block of east Overton Road. Upon arriving they found the victim, Draylon Martin, 34, had been stabbed at the location by 18-year-old John Carranza.
Emergency crews responded and transported Martin to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
This remains an ongoing investigation.
