DeSoto Police Investigate After Woman Found Dead in Vehicle

DeSoto police are investigating the death of a woman found inside a vehicle.

Around 7:05 a.m. on Wednesday, authorities responded to a report of an unresponsive woman inside a vehicle with the driver’s door open, located in the 1100 block of Rosemont Drive.

When officers arrived, they found her sitting in the driver’s seat of a pickup truck. Emergency medical personnel attempted life-saving measures, but she was declared dead at the scene. Investigators are actively reviewing the circumstances of her death, and at this point, no signs of foul play have been detected.
