Fatal Oak Cliff Shooting Leaves One Dead and One Injured; Suspect Arrested Following Police Chase

A fatal shooting in Oak Cliff has left one person dead and another injured.

On May 5, officers responded to a report of gunfire around 10:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of June Drive. Upon their arrival, they discovered two brothers with gunshot wounds inside a residence.

One brother was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was transported to a hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.

The suspect fled the scene, prompting a police chase that ended in Italy, where he was apprehended.
