Man Fatally Shot on Father’s Day in Dallas

Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Father’s Day.

On June 15, 2025, around 12:25 a.m., officers responded to a shooting report in the 200 block of South Hall Street. Early investigations indicate that a man was shot at the scene, and Dallas Fire-Rescue responders pronounced him dead upon arrival.

The suspect escaped prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.
