Man Shot on Old Hickory Trail in Dallas; Investigation Continues

An investigation is ongoing following a shooting that injured a man early Saturday morning in Dallas.

Around 12:45 a.m. on September 20, 2025, officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 8500 block of Old Hickory Trail. Upon arrival, they found a male victim who had been shot at the scene. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported him to a nearby hospital, with his condition currently unknown.

The case is still under active investigation.
