Dallas police are investigating a deadly shooting that took place Sunday afternoon.
At approximately 2 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 6000 block of Ridgecrest Road. Upon arriving, they discovered an individual with an apparent gunshot wound. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
So far, no arrests have been made, and no suspect has been identified.
