Overnight Crash in Dallas Leaves Woman Dead

An overnight crash resulted in the death of a woman.

Around 10:48 p.m., on August 11, authorities responded to a wreck at the intersection of S. Masters Drive and Old Seagoville Road. When they arrived, they found an unresponsive woman lying in the street.

Emergency crews arrived and declared her dead at the scene.

Reports indicate that the woman was traveling east on Old Seagoville Road when she failed to stop at a stop sign before making a right turn onto S. Masters Drive. She was then hit broadside by an SUV, causing her vehicle to spin out of control, eject her, and crash into a third vehicle.

The drivers of both the SUV and the third vehicle stayed at the scene and were unharmed.
