Dallas police are investigating a double homicide following a shooting incident.
On June 10th around 10 p.m., officers were called to the 4800 block of Spring Avenue regarding reports of gunfire.
When they arrived, they found two men who had been shot inside a home. Emergency responders arrived and confirmed both men were dead at the scene.
During the course of the investigation, authorities received a call about a suspicious individual in the area. Responding officers located a man barefoot and bleeding from his feet. Following the blood trail back to the residence, officers determined he may have been injured by broken glass from the scene.
Authorities believe the injured man and the victims knew each other. He was taken into custody and is being questioned by detectives.
The case remains under investigation.
