An officer involved shooting at a CVS Friday afternoon left two men injured.
An 18 year old male suspect got into an altercation with a 24 year old male victim at CVS on the 10600 block of E. Northwest Hwy pulling out a gun and shooting him.
An off duty officer in the area saw the shooting intervened and shot the suspect. 
Both the suspect and victim were taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
This investigation is ongoing.
