An investigation is underway after Dallas police fatally shot a man Sunday evening during a disturbance.
Officers responded to a person with a gun call on the 3400 block of Metropolitan Avenue around 6 p.m.
Upon arrival they learned that an argument had broke out and a man pulled a gun.
When officers located the suspect he charged at them firing at least one round. Officers then discharged their weapon striking the suspect.
He was transported to an area hospital where le later died. Another person was also struck in the crossfire and transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office responded to the scene and are also conducting their own investigation.
My mother/family knew him personally. I saw a video of the incident and what I saw was a man in handcuffs lifeless and DPD attempting to perform CPR after killing him before he was handcuffed… The video I saw versus the story printed don’t add up…
