A pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday morning near St. Augustine Rd in Dallas.
According to reports a pedestrian was walking eastbound on the service road when they were struck by a vehicle.
Officers responded to the crash off US 175 near St. Augustine service road around 5am and upon arrival officers found the victim deceased at the scene.
Detectives are investigating to see what led up to the fatality.
This investigation is ongoing.
