A Florida doctor is said to have fatally choked her sister who was a realtor.
Authorities say that they were called to the scene on the 600 block of Newton Avenue South. There, 39-year-old Charee Howard, the doctor, and Sherry Howard, 54, her sister, resided there. Charee Howard had called 911 to say that she had killed her sister.
When officers arrived, they found Sherry deceased with signs that she had been strangled.
A family member stated that the sisters were “two peas in the pods” and isn’t sure what triggered the deadly incident.
Charee is a licensed osteopathic physician, and her sister worked for Keller Williams. It is reported that Charee moved into Sherry’s home to assist her as Sherry was having heart problems.
Charee has been charged with second-degree murder for killing her sister. She is being held in the Pinellas County Jail without bail.
