Dallas police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 8000 block of Military Parkway around 4:30pm.
Upon arrival officers learned that the victim, Drayton Jamal Johnson,34 was shot multiple times and transported to a local hospital.
Johnson died from his injuries at the hospital.
Police have no suspect(s) in custody. They are investigating to determine what led up to the shooting.
This shooting investigation remains ongoing.
