A Georgia police officer has been terminated after allegedly pandering sex with a prostitute while on duty.

Kevin Day,36 was arrested Tuesday night and charged with two counts of GCIC violations, two counts of oath of office and two counts of pandering for sex.

Gwinnett County Sheriffs Office received information earlier this month that Day was partaking in illegal sexual acts while on duty.

Norcross PD immediately began investigating and learned that Day used the state computer to obtain the women’s criminal history.

On January 7 he was terminated from the police department.

Day has previously been arrested on sexual battery charges.
