A South Carolina police department is warning parents after finding heroin that resembles marijuana.
According to the Greenwood Police Department officers conducted an investigation in which a green substance was located.
They said the green substance tested positive as heroin but it’s so green and textured that it might be mistaken for marijuana at first.
Police said it just wants parents to beware so they can better protect their children.
The amount in the photo is worth over $1000 on the street.
