President Of Uncle Julio’s Restaurant, Found In A Hotel Room, Dies

Authorities say Harper Caron, the 45 year-old president of Irving- based Uncle Julio’s Restaurant Group, died. This comes after he was found in a hotel room this past weekend.

Caron, of Coppell, was discovered around 5am on Saturday at the Statler hotel in the 1900 block of Commerce St. in Dallas.

Furthermore, according to a police report, his death is unexplained, and no other information was given.

The Dallas County medical examiner’s office has not figured out the manner of death. Additionally, they have not said whether he died at the hospital or in the hotel room.
