Raphael Saadiq Becomes Executive Music Producer for Marvel’s New Animated Series

Raphael Saadiq has been named as the executive music producer for Marvel’s animated series “Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur”.

The new series features voices from actors who played on Clemency, Pinky Malinky, John Wick, Saturday Night Live, Sneaky Pete, The Boondocks, Coming 2 America, and Kung Fu Panda.

Saadiq, a songwriter, producer, and musician, has worked with John Legend, Snoop Dogg, Solange, Mary J. Blige, and Elton John. He’s also a three-time Grammy Award winner.

Saadiq’s most recent work was for National Geographic’s series “Genius: Aretha” where he was also the executive music producer.

“Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur” is produced by Disney Branded Television and is set to premiere in 2023.
