A 21 year old man is behind bars after he killed a share driver Friday morning.
According to reports officers responded to a call on the 4100 block of Langdon Road.
Upon arrival officers located Joshua Miller,33 deceased from homicidal violence.
During investigation officers learned that Joshua Scott,21 was picked up at a location nearby by Miller and once inside the vehicle he started demanding property before killing him.
Scott was later arrested and charged with capital murder.
He remains in custody on a $2,000,000 bond.
