Authorities say a black bag containing h a foul odor was found early Friday afternoon by road clean up crews in Arkansas. 
According to reports Derion Vence admitted killing missing Houston child Maleah Davis,4 and dumping her body in Arkansas along the highway.
Houston police flew out and met with Arkansas police and crime scene units and confirmed that the content in the bag were human remains of a child. 
They have not confirmed if the remains were those of Maleah Davis.
This investigation is still underway.
