A young woman from Royse City has been indicted on capital murder for the 2020 death of 15-year-old Ismael Rincon.
According to court records, 20-year-old Lauren Brooke Bohme and another defendant, Damien Christian Osborn, stabbed Rincon during a burglary in Greenville on September 30, 2020.
The teenager was hospitalized for nearly two months before he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
Bohme, who pleaded not guilty to her charges, awaits her upcoming trial at the Hunt County Detention Center on $1 million bond.
20-year-old Osborn from Rockwall remains in custody as well with an additional charge of aggravated assault after he allegedly ran over a female victim with a motor vehicle the same day Rincon was stabbed.
